Are you a shop or mail order service?

We are both, you can visit our shop called Lacies 6 days a week it’s in Folkestone, Kent if you can’t get to us we have a busy mail order department and can send out your items by Royal Mail or whatever courier you choose.

Is your mail order service discreet?
Yes, all our parcels are dispatched in plain packaging without any indication of their contents. They are wrapped securely to conceal their contents.

Can you deliver to an address of convenience?

Yes, we can. Next Day delivery by Royal Mail Local Collect is available, allowing your parcel to be sent to a post office of your choice in the UK. You will receive a text with a unique code when your item is ready for pickup. Provide this code to the post office staff.

Can you deliver Next Day, even on a Saturday?

Yes, we provide a next-day service with Royal Mail. This includes the option of a Saturday Delivery.

Is your shop Lacies open to the public?

Yes is a tranquil store with convenient parking available directly outside our entrance. Ring the bell for store access. We are open six days a week from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Do you accept orders over the phone?

Yes, you can ring us on 01303 240470 and pay using a valid Debit or Credit Card. All sales made with us will appear as Lacies FGL, Folkestone.
