This is a convenient way many customers choose to receive their deliveries. With Local Collect we’ll deliver directly to their chosen  Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point for you  to pick up when convenient.

  • Customers can collect from around 10,000 Post Office® branches or 1,200 Royal Mail Customer Service Points across the UK
  • They’ll get an SMS/email notification when their parcel is ready

What ID do I need to collect my item?

To keep your mail as secure as possible, we’ll need to see proof of ID before handing any item over.
Please make sure you bring:
  1. The SMS / email notification. Without this you can’t collect your item.
  2. AND one of the following in the name of the person the item is addressed to:
  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank or building society cheque/savings book
  • Valid passport
  • Driving licence
  • NHS medical card
  • Photo ID card (foreign national, military, police warrant, Royal Mail employee, NHS or senior citizen bus pass)

 

How to Use this option on fantasyshopping website

Add your items to the basket as usual then go to the Checkout page select Royal Mail Collect option which is £8 delivery is next day week days only

Then click next this takes you to the billing address which is the address where your credit or debit card is registered (nothing will be ever sent to this address).

Then click on Continue and check box for  Delivery to a different address  find out your favoured post office branch and  put that address into the Delivery Address
